Choose Your Broth
Start by selecting your ideal broth from our diverse range of options, each made fresh to ensure the highest quality. Our offerings include the Tonkotsu Broth, known for its rich and creamy texture; the Miso Tonkotsu Broth, a flavorful fusion of Tonkotsu and savory Miso; the Chicken Broth, light and comforting; and the Miso Chicken Broth, which adds a savory Miso twist to our chicken broth. For our vegan guests, we offer the Creamy Vegan Broth, smooth and satisfying, and the Miso Vegan Broth, featuring a robust Miso flavor in a vegan-friendly base. Choose the broth that best suits your taste and enjoy a delicious, customized ramen experience.
Select Your Base Choose from our selection of noodles or rice. Enjoy our traditional ramen noodles, cooked to perfection to complement your chosen broth, or opt for a comforting bowl of steamed rice if you prefer a different base.
Add Your Proteins Choose from a variety of protein options to elevate your ramen bowl, including tender Pork Chashu, crispy Pork Katsu, and flavorful Pork Soboro (braised pulled pork). For chicken lovers, we offer juicy Marinated Chicken and crispy Chicken Karrage. If you prefer a plant-based protein, try our Atsuage or Hiyayakko Tofu. Or indulge in the rich taste of Beef Sukiyaki (Gyudon Beef) for a satisfying, hearty option. Each choice is designed to complement your ramen perfectly and add a delicious layer to your custom creation.
Customize Your Toppings This is where the magic happens. Choose from a vibrant selection of garnishes, including fresh Green Onion, crunchy Kikurage (woodear mushrooms), aromatic Cilantro, juicy Tomato, and delicate Wakame. For a hearty touch, add Bean Sprouts, sweet Corn, crunchy Bamboo Shoots, and flavorful Mixed Mushrooms. Enhance your bowl with crisp Bok Choy, tangy Kimchi, or a sprinkle of Crispy Shallots. Each choice allows you to create a personalized masterpiece that’s bursting with flavor and texture!
Finish with Flavor Elevate your ramen bowl with our selection of sauces and seasonings. Choose from our Spicy Sauce for a kick of heat, Black Garlic Oil for a rich, aromatic depth, or Sesame Oil for a nutty finish. Want to take it further? Add up to three extra touches like a Seasoned Egg or Poached Egg for a creamy addition, Double Protein to make it extra hearty, or Extra Vegetables to boost freshness and flavor.
